Thank you for being here. On this website I will be sharing some creations that resonate and come out of me as I am walking on my own journey, free expression. Each and every one of us is a unique channel of divinity with different capabilities, very different than what society teaches us to be robots and all impossibly ” perfect”. Quite the contrary, the real beauty lies much deeper and is much more beautiful then any fake doll and copy. I encourage the free authentic expression in me and in everyone else, which is why I  decided to share my piece of divine expression. ❤


Човечко лудило

Само што ќе слушнам туѓа конверзација или само што ќе отворам на фејсбук или вести се што гледам е карање, обвинување кој е крив за зголемување на случаи, тие се, тие се, мерките се, тие, несовесни, тие глупи прости, неписмени- страв и лутина се генералниот mood и вибрација. Сите заглавени во тоа без да се направи чекор назад за да се види поголемата слика. Следново што го пишувам е да понудам одредени размислувања за таа поголема слика и да поттикнам размислување без кавги и обвинување. Не се обидувам никого да убедам во моите погледи.

Прво да кажам една приказна за ќерката, мајката и бабата. Ќерката секој пат кога правела ролат крајчињата од ролатот ги сечела. Пријател ја прашал зошто го прави тоа а не го остави ролатот како што е зашто има место во тавчето. Таа рекла дека не знае зошто го прави тоа така, мајка и така ја научила. Отишле кај мајката и и го поставиле истото прашање и таа и рекла дека баба и така ја научила. Отишле кај бабата и ја прашале истото и она им рекла дека имала мало тавче и не и го собирал ролатот па затоа ги сечела крајчињата.
Оваа приказна отсликува како само туку така ги прифаќаме работите без да ги прашуваме, без да размислуваме. И во школоството едукацијата е на истиот принцип- ти кажуваат и ти го учиш тоа нешто како вистина, го прифаќаш без да размислиш. Како на пример можно е да те учат дека 2+3= 6 и да ја прифатиш таа теорија без да навлезеш подлабоко дали тоа вистина е така. На жалост многу луѓе одат низ животот без да прашаат дали навистина 2+3=6 или вистината е малку поразлична.

И јас бев во истиот мајндсет до пред неколку години но почнаа да ми се случуваат работи кои ме натераа да почнам да поставувам прашања. Полека полека почнав да осознавам дека нештата не се баш така како што ми се кажани и како што ме програмирале со години и години преку школството, медиумите, уметностите, фармацијата, здравството, науката, политиката, правото итн итн. Од тогаш универзумот на магичен начин ми носи одговори и работите сега имаат многу поголема смисла од тогаш. И да се разбереме има многу многу работи кои сеуште не ми се јасни и никогаш не би тврдела дека се разбирам од се и дека знам се. Напротив, секој ден носи нови предизвици и лекции и животот секој ден ме соочува со истите. Можеш да научиш и од мравката и од џинот. И од најголемиот лажго и од човек кој е најискрен. Неколку милиони пати ги пуштив моите системи на уверување и си признав на себе си дека погрешив. И веројатно уште милиони пати ќе го направам истото.

На ова се надоврзувам и во следното наведувам зошто јас лично не им верувам на медиумите, политичарите, фармацијата и целиот пакет што оди со нив, преку прашања:

  • Зошто во последниве години тие коишто толку многу сега се ангажираат за нашето здравје не се помрднаа со мал прст да се превземат мерки за да се исчисти воздухов којшто го дишеме и којшто по дифолт ни го намалува имунитетот и капацитетот да се справиме со било какво друго заболување? Во последниве 2ипол месеци се чувстувам угушено, имам некаква алергија нова развиена на респираторниот систем што никогаш претходно сум немала( бев на преглед) и НЕ МИ Е ОД НИКАКОВ ВИРУС.
  • Зошто истите крадеа и крадат пари од даноците коишто насилно ги земаат од нас, пари за коишто лично вложуваме енергија и заработуваме на еден или друг начин, додека тие…хмм што прават?! и тоа многу добро го видовме во нашата земја на виделина иако се случува во сите други земји само што кај нас целата ситуација е трагикомична така што куклите имаат лош тренинг во глума и не се добри во тоа што го прават.
  • Зошто се легални шеќерот, глупостите што се ставаат во чипсовите, бисквитите и сета вештачка храна а се илегални марихуаната и други психоделии кои шаманите ги користат како примарен лек ( не хероин и кокаин) и коишто ОХ ГОСПОДЕ БОЖЕ толку погрешно ни се претставени? Всушност за ова можам да зборувам на доста подолго- првото е дека ниедна супстанца не треба да биде илегална зашто секој има право на избор што да внесе во своето тело без разлика дали ќе реши да се труе или да се лекува со истото- а НИ МАЛКУ ниеден човек не смее да кажува на некој друг дали смее или не смее тоа да го внесува тоа нешто а уште помалку да го става во затвор заради поседување или користење на истото. И ова не е мое мислење, ова е природа, природата, креаторот не има создадено еднакво! Само размислете- марихуаната е БИЛКА која МАЈКА ПРИРОДА ни ја ДАВА СЛОБОДНО и некој реши да земе едно магично стапче и да напише на лист хартија дека марихуаната е илегална а ако ја поседуваш или користиш ќе те стават во кафез наречен затвор и го прогласи за закон и ти мораш да го почитуваш тоа. А истовремено ист човек како тебе во Холандија и на одредени други места доколку го превземе истото дејство нема да претрпе никакви последици. А ти зошто си во Македонија ќе одиш во затвор неколку години. Супер логично нели?!
  • Зошто не можам да влезам во продавница и да си купам убаво органско јаболко за разумна цена и да знам за сигурно дека не е прскано со милиони отрови и генетски модифицирано? Кај се тие луѓе кои сега зборуваат дека толку се грижат за нас да го спречат истото? Дали знаете дека кока колатa долго време биле промовирани како лек и прифатени од народот како здрави и пожелни да се внесуваат?
  • Велат здравството е толку напред и толку помага преку антибиотици, лекарства вакцини и други процедури. Одговорете ми тогаш на прашањето: зошто има толку голем број на хронични болести- не само кај возрасни туку и кај мали деца? Пораст на алергиии скоро секој втор- рак, главоболки, болки, аутизам итн? А да не почнувам со психичките растројства и болести. Тоа не е нормално и природно а некако полека полека сме убедени дека тоа е неизбежно и мора да биде така. Далеку е од природното. И тука би сакала да кажам дека не е дека е само црно, да западната медицината е супер алатка во случај на акутни заболувања и при несреќи- меѓутоа тоа што е потребно е интеграција на работите- ни екстремата со алтернативни природни методи и во некои случаи игнорирање на физичкото тело е правилно ниту западната медицина со игнорирање на умот и природата. Потребна е интеграција и секој човек да превземе одговорност за себе и своето здравје и своите постапки.
    Со капацитетот на нашиот мозок во склоп со проучување и осознавање на принципите на природата, Природниот закон, можеме да постигнеме МНОГУ МНОГУ МНОГУ повеќе доколку решиме да излеземе од тоа што го знаеме и да го отвориме умот кон нови сознанија и информации. И ова не е само до еден човек туку сите КОЛЕКТИВНО, затоа што колективно ја создаваме 3Д реалноста во која живееме. Така што идејата дека ќе дојде спасител која е програмирана во нас со години преку религија и политика е погрешна зашто не доаѓа никој. Никој надвор од себе нема да не спаси а хаосот што го гледаме надвор е резулатат на хаосот што се случува во нас зашто универзумот е холограмски.
  • Зошто толку многу видеа кои се спротивни на наративата од било кого да доаѓаат се тргнати и се тргаат? Последен пат тоа се случувало за време на Хитлер кога тој наредил сите книги и информации да се запалат а се што е дозволено како информација е неговата психопатска идеологија. На тој начин успеал да убеди илјадници дека неговата идеологија е правилна и морална. Што биле тие коишто подразмислиле и сфатиле дека тоа е погрешно- луѓе кои веруваат во теории на заговор?! Некој ќе рече како оправдание дека на тој начин луѓето веруваат во грешни информации- со ова тврдење тој некој кажува дека ЈАС сум глупава и немам капацитет за размислување и проценување на информации и дека немам слободна волја да изберам! Така што фактот дека сите информации спротивни на официјалните исчезнуваат од медиумските платформи многу јасно покажуваат дека има причина и страв зошто тие информации се тргнати.

Би сакала исто така да кажам за многу од луѓето кои постираат дека само прости и несовесни луѓе тврдат дека вирусот не постои и дека сето ова е лага и зошто би му верувале на некој кој не е акредитиран за нештото- некој ќе чуе не ќе дочуе, ќе земе една реченица од што некој направил и ќе ја изврти приказната. Сите сме играле расипан телефон и знаеме дека од почеток до крај зборот може да се изврти од јамболија до тимбакту. Јасно ми е нивото на свесност особено во Македонија.

Конкретно за вирусот излегоа и доста доктори, секако повеќето од Америка коишто кажаа и кажуваат работи кои се доста спротивни на официјалната наратива. Тие се акредитирани и ја познаваат тематиката многу подобро од луѓе кои не се занимаваат со истото така што ги споделувам имињата и оставам на другите да одделат време и да ги погледнат тие информации ако секако сакаат. Нивните зборови се извртени од медиумите како на пример дека 5Г предизвикува корона вирус- НИКОЈ од нив го нема кажано тоа, тоа што го зборуваат е дека 5Г милиметар брановите предизвикуваат такви симптоми какви што се видени во пациентите кои ги третираат со ковид. Тие тврдат дека нешто се случува меѓутоа од друга страна. Затоа е потребно да се гледаат нивните интервјуа во целост а не само сегменти кои се извретени и надвор од контекст.

И исто така би сакала да го поставам следново прашање и покрај тоа што мојот став е дека никој не смее да му забранува движење на некој друг човек зошто тоа е спротивно на законите на природата за кои може многу да се зборува а и јас допрва ги проучувам и осознавам:
Ако стварно сакаат да спречат било какво ширење на вирус- во смисла да се истреби сосема- зошто да не бидеме затворени еден месец, секој да се спреми со храна и да биде на место и со луѓе со коишто ги толерира- зарем не е логично на овој начин тие што се веќе болни и заразени да оздрават и да не заразат никој друг а тие што се здрави па да не бидат заразени? Секако дека тука е бунтот од луѓето за прекршување на правата итн итн и сосема се сложувам со тоа, но во случај кога работата преминува во лудило- дали порадо би седеле 1 месец дома и потоа би живееле нормално или би се влечкале вака со месеци? Ако ти е скршена ногата ќе седиш дома 3 месеци сакал или не. Не е лесно но до кога ќе трае ова лудило? Не знам можда ми треба некој нов агол но ова е логично во мојата глава ако веќе е таква работата. Што се прави со овие мерки што ги прават сега? Кажуваат во 5 до 12 дека ќе има карантин 3 дена продавниците полни и гужва- 15 души имаше пред пиљарата од каде сакав да си купам банани- зарем вака не се создаваат жаришта повеќе отколку да ги распоредиш тие луѓе во неколку часови- истото важи и за полицискиот час којшто со денови траеше до 4 и до 7- ги оставаш луѓето во помал временски период да купуваат работи и да создаваат гужви а после сите дома затворени- јас преферирам да пазарам кога нема гужва и често пазарев во 8-9 навечер кога нема толку луѓе. Зошто да казнуваш луѓе со 2000 евра алооооооо ако тој некој во 10 часот навечер кога нема други луѓе околу него за да зарази се шета по улиците сам? А не сите до 4ч натрупани на едно место. Нема никаква логика освен ако логиката е дека тие кои што ги прават мерките се богатат.

Само се одолговлекува ситуацијата на ваков начин со “новото нормално” кое е далеку од нормално, луѓето се повеќе и повеќе се фрустрирани од другите луѓе, во страв, паника и лутина како и психолошките последици поради немање допир, чувство на оттуѓеност, затвореност.


И секако тоа ме води до следното прашање за кое ќе напишам свое размислување некој друг ден повеќе- ЗОШТО ОВА ВАКА ДОЛГО СЕ ОДОЛГОВЛЕКУВА?

The art of Enoughness and Contentment

Here I am
sitting on the street parts
of Lisboa,
alone,
my ” tribe” went away
searching for the ocean gems.

I sit here,
my leg hurts,
little walking can I do
and yet,
I feel,
ENOUGH.

Here I sit,
drinking coffee,
having much deeper thoughts
and questions
can we integrate the best of the blocks with the best of nature
the cities and the villages
the old and the new
the efficient of all?
Mergence of them wonders.
Or a whole new approach is needed?
These questions inhabit my mind
As I move through
this land by far

I go back
in the here and now,
how do you like
this city so far?!

Content is what I feel right now

“Understanding that shadows can bring certain things to light…”

When looking at the (“)supernatural(“) stories, look at them as allegories. It is ALL connected. They most likely convey great messages. Look DEEPER. Go DEEPER. I trust, everything that we can imagine in our minds, however outfar it may seem, exists in some dimension of consciousness.

From Witcher ( TV series)- SPOILER ALERT, don’t read if you have not watched the TV series Witcher and plan on watching it- this text is based solely on the TV series( there are games and books as well)-

The character Yennefer is born as an outcast, distorted in her body with a hunchback and “lollipop” in her mouth. She is actually quarter elf. Her physical appearance causes her lots of trouble and traumas. She is in fear, feeling unworthy, inferior, powerless, a VICTIM. She hates what she is and what she looks like. All of the traumas cause her to lack trust in her abilities which is clearly seen in the first 2-3 episodes where she is unable to do magic cause she does not trust herself. Luckily she decides to go past through it in the ways she can. She undergoes a powerful physical transformation and becomes a beauty queen, a new self- on a physical level. BUT, not only that, she also learns her magic, developing great self-confidence in the field of being attractive and seductive woman as well as a mage. However, whatever she does she still feels that emptiness within, that unsatisfaction, bitterness, haunted by the ghost of her old self.

The old, distorted, worthless Yennefer has within the powerful, magical, beautiful, new Yennefer only undiscovered. The new, beautiful, magical, powerful Yennefer has within the worthless, distorted, old Yennefer. Both are her. Both are within her. That is what gives her such great power. Her chaos and her grace. Her pains and her heart. Her shadows and her light. In the last episode of season 1 we see how her teacher( Tissaia) tells her to let her chaos explode. While she goes on to do a powerful spell and magic to kill the opposer ( Nilfgaardians) in her mind are the trauma voices of what she was told she is in the past: where are you going poppy girl, we can teach you; she’s no daughter of mine; you horrible useless bitch; just because you fucked up does not mean we will; you horrible useless bitch; I’m sorry you chose power; do you actually have what it takes- all of this actually triggers her pain as well as her power from the depth of her being to create powerful magic and fight for justice. When evil strikes, strike back.

This is an allegorical representation of our own selves. No matter our traumas, we carry great strength. Don’t you ever doubt that.

Nasty little creature

“It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.”

I am wondering whether it is only me or does everyone feel like they have this nasty little creature at times and even become it, as if it is here in the background constantly…?

The best analogy ( Hello all Harry Potter lovers) I can give is the Voldemort’s horcrux that lives within Harry Potter and has the shape of that nasty little creature that can be seen in the scene after Harry is killed by Voldemort on the train station with Dumbledore in the Second part of the Seventh part of the Harry Potter series.

Actually, if you see closely you will notice that Harry throughout the whole series feels like he is possessed by something bad inside him and is haunted by the idea that he is evil, just like Voldemort. He doubts his heart and is challenged for it by external happenings in almost every part- the fact that he can also speak with snakes as can Voldemort, which is not normal for other wizards; the fact that the sorting hat tells him he could be a great wizard if put in the house Slytherin( which is a more villain-like house) and other similar events.

In the first part what Harry fears the most is to be put in the house Slytherin.  Yet he asks the hat to not be but in Slytherin- this is a perfect allegory that we, as conscious human beings, have a FREE WILL and it is up to us WHAT and WHO we CHOOSE to BE. It is Harry’s CONSCIOUS CHOICE to NOT be put in Slytherin house. So he gets put in the Griffyndor house.

The other great insight Harry has that he is connected with Voldemort somehow is in the fifth part when he starts having visions of Voldemort, dreams and realizes he is somehow connected with him. Great doubt, discouragement and fear arises inside him that he is evil and bad, just like Voldemort.

The whole thing represents the inner battle in us as humans- LOVE vs FEAR- do we choose COURAGE, LOVE, CONNECTION, SOURCE, TRUTH or COWARDACE, FEAR, DISCONNECTION, CANCEL, LIES? The choice is ours, my friends. WE CHOOSE who we are or not.

It is to be done with having COURAGE to look at ourselves, discover truth and having courage to follow it and take conscious actions in accordance with it. Maybe this is our purpose here. To grow and evolve by choosing truth and love despite having fear to do so. And the circumstances around- people, situations, the current world condition- all of that is just energy based in either fear or love that take up on a physical form in order for us to choose right( love) from wrong( fear), so that we build that creative energy of love- HIGHER LOVE. Ultimately, it is just a game in which we play a part.

BUT. This game is very important. It is very much important what we do, what we choose to do and what roles we are gonna play.

In this 3D reality we function through different roles and we take up a form of a “ character”. Whether those characters are in alignment with our Higher selves and truth is portrayed by how authentic and how well we feel about what we do. They show us what we are on a higher level. We can usually feel if something smells and is not our truest most righteous expression. The fake characters and roles that we play are the ones that bring us anxiety and depression. They show us what we are not. They show us that it is OUR CHOICE, FREE WILLED CHOICE– whether we are going to choose to be that character or not; based on whether that character is in alignment with our authenticity- does it bring change, is it moral, does it make us feel high, beautiful- ARE WE GROWING, based on the character that we are playing???

However though, ultimately,  we are none of those characters. We just are, consciousness, being, energy.  

SO, WHO AND WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE TO BE TODAY?

Is stress necessary in our lives?

These are just some basic understandings and ideas. It is very important to understand ourselves, how we work, what is stress and is it really necessary, why do we respond that way, is it natural or is it artificially induced? This article covers the topic of stress, the adaptation mechanism of stress, stress and pain as protective mechanisms, twisting these mechanisms, real and imagined threats.

Is stress necessary in our lives?

Or is just all this drama game play created for us on purpose to invoke constantly the stress mechanism?

I trust it is the latter.

Stress kills. That is a fact.

We are constantly bombarded with information and events that trigger the stress response inside our bodies. Just turn on the news and you immediately get bombarded on conscious and/ or subconscious level with stress and fear. Stress and fear of course are interconnected. Stress has several definitions and is interpreted differently by different researchers. However, commonly stress is understood negatively, defined in the field of holistic medicine as: stress is the inability to cope with a PERCEIVED ( real or imagined) threat to one’s mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, which results in a series of physiological responses and adaptations.

The threat can be REAL or IMAGINED. In the imagined category I place: completely made by your head OR created for you by others. Whatever the case, your mind- body response would be the same.  The fight or flight mechanism which is a mind- body response to stress would be activated. An example of a threat made by your mind could be and this is a personal example- a noise made by an animal in the other room at night and you believing it is a thief. This actually happened to me. I got 2 kitties last year. In the first week or so they were very noisy especially in the night. One night I could have sworn it was a person that was raiding my house. My mind and body went into fight or flight mode, which is the stress response. The threat was NOT REAL. My cats were making the noise. So in sum, it was based in a lie, created in my mind. Also another example would be perceiving other people as threats until you befriend them, social anxiety arising.

Situations created by our social engineers which trigger the fight or flight mechanism are for example the school/ college/ occupational stress. Another type would be social media stress especially present in adolescents and teenagers. A modern stressor is whether one would have a thousand likes on a picture and positive comments or not. All of these modern stressors ARE NOT NECESSARY. They exist in our mind. They are not really important. They exist because we give value and worthiness to them, we validate their existence and they become real. And they are created for us for a reason. Why? Stress is the destroyer of the human mind, heart and body and soul, it puts us into lower states of consciousness. We lack energy to think clearly with our own head and to see what is really going on. We are so distracted and so distressed that we are incapable of any reasoning and understanding, nor living in peace. Our minds, bodies, hearts and souls are being destroyed.

A real threat would be a lion showing in front of your door. Or a natural disaster, for example a flood occurring. Then the stress response is invoked so that we take an action- fight or flee( in both of these cases I would not recommend fighting, a human can hardly fight a flood or a lion and actually win).

On top of this are the bioecological stressors that influence our whole beings many times even outside our awareness. These are external influences which could be natural such as sunlight, gravitational pull, solar flares, electromagnetic fields OR they can be artificially made and act as silent killers of our consciousness, our body, minds and souls. Electrical pollution, environmental toxins, solar radiation, the poisons in our foods, chemtrails, fluoride in the water- all of them have a negative impact on  our bodies. IT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE THAT ALLERGIES, CANCER AND DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS are on the rise, actually skyrocketting. Our bodies are very stressed by all those influences and cannot tolerate it no more. Our immune systems are too weakened to actually cope with any more stress. The body is designed perfectly to cope with external influences and toxins and bring itself back to homeostasis. However it is chronically so stressed out by all of these external toxins that it is incapable of getting back to balance point. WE ARE ALL chronically stressed out by these toxins. 

So what happens when the fight or flight mechanism is activated, triggered by a stressor?

What is the body mechanism for recovery?

How does stress become chronic? The general adaptation syndrome.

The following section covers these questions on basic level.

There are three stages to the GAS ( general adaptation syndrome

1. The first stage is ALARM, the fight or flight response. Once the cause of the stress is being removed, the body goes back to normal. What happens in this stage?

The mind has perceived a threat and when this happens our whole consciousness snaps into the reptilian brain, which is the part of the brain which is designed to help us survive in this world.  Because the mind perceives that we must take physical action, the mind prepares/ signals the body for two of the following actions: to fight or to run away/ flight. The body responds by creating an internal working environment designed for physical activity to fight up or to flee. In this situation we don’t need higher order thinking, what we really need is energy in our extremities and the muscles there that will help us to fight off the threat or to run.

That is why physiologically in our body, the sympathetic nervous system is activated and the following changes take place: heart rate increases to pump oxygenated blood to working muscles, blood pressure increases to deliver blood to working muscles, ventilation( breathing) increases to supply working muscles with oxygen, vasodilation of arteries to the body’s periphery with the greatest muscle mass- all is designed to direct the blood  and energy flow to the muscles that are needed to work for the activity that follows. The blood and energy flow are diverted away from the head and torso, decreasing the functions of the organs found there- the brain and the vital organs, decreasing higher order processing, digestive and sexual activities. The pupils dilate so that you can see well. Adrenaline is released, which mobilizes the body’s stores of glucose and fat and backs up the nervous system. The body resources are mobilized to act now. There are two directions from which this story can go on:

I – threat and stress are removed, the adrenaline function fades away. The liver takes the adrenaline out of the bloodstream and metabolizes it into excretable and inactive form. The parasympathetic system is responsible for the recovery part and it does very good job if the stress is over and so the stress story is finished.

II- the cause of stress is not removed, so the body goes into a second stage, RESISTANCE or ADAPTATION, which is the second stage of the GAS

2. RESISTANCE or ADAPTATION stage. This is the body trying to provide longer term protection by releasing cortisol into the blood. Cortisol basically metabolizes the stored energy in the body to provide increased blood sugar ( energy) for all the anticipated activity, running or fighting. As an extra effect, cortisol is anti- inflammatory; it suppresses the inflammatory response that is part of how the body heals from damage. The cortisol represses this response so that you can carry on. If this phase carries on without periods of relaxation and rest, the result is fatigue, concentration lapses, irritability, lethargy and so on.

From here on there are again two directions in which the story can continue:
I– the body can reach RESOLUTION in which case the sympathetic system is turned off in favor of the parasympathetic because the stress is over.
II– In the other scenario when stress is continuing the body can enter the third stage of the GAS- EXHAUSTION.

3. EXHAUSTION stage. The body has run out of its reserves of body energy and immunity. Mental, physical and emotional resources are empty. The body experiences adrenal exhaustion. The blood sugar level decreases as the adrenals become depleted, leading to decreased stress tolerance, progressive mental and physical exhaustion, illness and collapse.

This mechanism was perfectly designed as an advantageous adaptive tool, but it does not serve us good in today’s era. The social engineers know perfectly well how this mechanism works and use it to control us and keep us down in consciousness and energy. The mechanism as a tool is perfect; but it is manipulated and twisted. As it was mentioned, there are so many scenarios as it was mentioned where the stress mechanism is triggered because of artificially created situations that induce stress OR because of imaginary threats.

This tool does not serve us good because when we are stressed all the time we live in the reptile brain most of the time. Life becomes traumatic, a constant struggle and we are in survival mode most of the time. It is NOT our natural state. The brain becomes imbalanced and our bodies get damaged. We are programmed to believe that it has to be that way.

What’s more, in modern times what the body is prepared to do with the fight or flight response physiologically does damage to the body because it is not channeled through physical activity- fighting or running away, rather it is stuffed down in our body.

What can we do?

Align ourselves with truth. With what is going on within and without you. Discern what is real and what is not. Where we are the ones that is causing harm and stress to our own selves and change it or change our perception to it. Meaning if cleaning the house causes stress and anxiety to you, you should change your perception and attitude towards it. Because guess what! You have to keep your house clean and there is no running away.

Other situation could be if the causation of stress is external for example and the whole situation should be changed- for example a partner you cannot live with and it is causing you stress. Maybe the stress is signaling you that you don’t belong with that person and an actual change should take place, not just a change in perception.

Other situation would be the external artificial creation of stress, to realise the brain washing behind it and change one’s perception. For example a source of stress for a 13 y old girl could be not having enough likes on facebook or not looking thin enough. This is an artificially created situation by the social engineers to destroy the human consciousness, install fear and lack of worthiness in people, especially young minds who are in the phase of development. If the girl realizes and is taught that it does not freaking matter whether she is thin enough or not have enough likes, her sense of self, her worthiness would be skyrocketing, her body and brain would be in balance and her real true authentic self would be uncovered in the light.

So in sum- we can remove ourselves from the situation that causes us stress if the stress is completely unnecessary OR change our perception towards the stressor and develop coping skills.

In social anxiety the fight or flight mechanism arises because the other person and/ or situation is perceived as a threat.

STRESS RESPONSE AND PAIN RESPONSE ANALOGY

I cannot help not make the connection that the fight or flight response to stress is very similar to the pain production response to a pain causer as well. Let’s define that.

A STRESSOR causes STRESS to a human being, triggering the STRESS RESPONSE MECHANISM- FIGHT OR FLIGHT.

A PAIN CAUSER ( shall we call it PAINER 🙂 ? )causes PAIN to a human being, triggering the PAIN MECHANISM.

BOTH mechanisms are triggered because of perception of threat. The threat can be internal or external and real and imagined. BOTH mechanisms are designed for PROTECTION.

There are 4 unfoldings of these mechanisms( similar but not the same as the GAS stages; rather this is from a perspective of what they are meant for which is PROTECTION):

Stage 1– ( stress) Stimuli from one or more of the five senses are sent to the brain ( e.g a scream, smell of fire, a taste of poison). ( pain ) Stimuli, perceived from the external ( falling and hitting one’s hip) or internal (pelvic instability or repressed emotion) environment are sent to the brain.

Stage 2-( stress) The brain deciphers the stimulus as either a threat or a nonthreat. If the stimulus is not regarded as a threat, this is the end of the response (eg scream came from the TV). If however, the response is decoded as a real threat, the brain then activates the nervous and endocrine systems to quickly prepare for defense or escape. ( pain) The brain deciphers the stimulus as either a threat or non-threat and whether it is over or not. The falling down and hitting one’s hip is momentarily a threat, but after one has fallen if nothing is broken or injured the pain goes away after few days. However if one has broken the hip bone the pain continues on to inform and signal the person that something is wrong and to tell him/ her to not move but rest so that healing can take place. In the case of the internal perception of a threat, the pelvic instability is viewed as a threat because it can cause further damage to the spine, which is why pain occurs in some other place. In the case of the repressed emotion- we store emotions in our body and fascia.  The conscious mind perceives the dealing with the emotion and it surfacing up as a threat. ( much more research on my end is needed here, great books to check out are The divided mind; The body keeps the score; Your body speaks your mind; youtube channel and site: mobility mastery)

Stage 3– (stress)The body stays activated or aroused until the threat is over. (pain) In the case of the falling down and hitting one’s hip the pain goes away if a bone is not broken. However if the hip bone is broken, the pain will persist until complete healing has occurred.  In the case of the pelvic instability until the pelvic instability as the root cause is taken care of, the pain will persist.

Stage 4- (stress)The body returns to homeostasis, a state of physiological calmness, once the threat is gone. If the threat doesn’t leave or get resolved then homeostasis is never really achieved, thus setting the stage for illness or disease. (pain) In the cases of pains, this is why chronic pains occur; same way if the mind perceives a constant threat in the stress response, chronic stress occurs.

(these stages are explained in the book “Essentials of managing stress” by Brian Luke Seaward). In red color I add that the same applies to the pain response.

ARE THESE THREATS VALID OR NOT ( real or imaginary)?

In the case of the stress internal can mean a painful thought or something that had happened. It is the  perception of it that is causing us stress. It could be unresolved and/or not dealt with( which we could classify as real) OR it could be self- induced over and over again by one’s mind ( imaginary).

 In the case of pain- internal can mean an internal perception of a threat, whether it is real ( for example physical- pelvic instability or emotional- repressed emotion) OR it can be imaginary ( having thoughts and belief system, patterns which actually produce the pain).

So in both cases it could be a real issue OR it can be self- induced and created by oneself. It is our job to discern and learn.

In the case of stress external for example in traffic another car crosses your path unexpectedly, the stress response is induced. Once the danger is over the stress response subsides. This is a real threat. However non real would be imagining that the cats are the thieves in the house. This is where the social engineers take great advantage of us in hundred different ways. They create all false flag events which certainly distress the population- artificially creating them and all illusory things that we are made to perceive as a threat and stress when in fact it does not have to be that way.

In the case of pain, external for example falling down is a real threat that can cause damage to the body. That is why in that case both the stress mechanism and pain mechanism are activated. Non valid or imaginary threat is when the body and brain have adjusted to the pain so much, therefore got wired ( they think, feel) that there is a threat and therefore produce pain, even after the threat has long gone.

Both the stress response and the pain response are rudimentary mechanisms of protection and survival, but are abused, misunderstood and twisted.

Thoughts and ideas to think on:

A healer called Serge Kahili King has defined stress as any change experienced by the individual. On this adds the Yerkes Dosdon principle.

The word stress originally was a term used in physics, primarly to describe enough tension or force placed on an object to bend or break it.

It becomes imperative to intercept the stress response in the mind before it cascades down as a rush of stress hormones into the body.

More and more ( fake) ” happiness” portrayed on the social media, more and more ( real) happiness decrease in real life. Looks like these two are inversely proportional variables!

Long story short of what you are put through to ” make a person out of you” and “educate” you in your CULTure, when in fact all they do is program you to be a slave:
School is a programming system, labeled education. In TRUTH it is a course for numbing down of human (kid’s) emotions, stuffing down their expression, killing the life force energy, retarding them, sucking out their soul, enslaving them and turning them into robots. Just so in the end when they are literally so swayed and out of balance they are put in college. What college really is about: FORM A MASK OF IDENTITY OF WHAT THEY FINALLY “ARE”. AND IT IS ONE BIG BS!!! Because you are not your identity. You are not a pilot, you are flying airplanes and make a living out of it. You are not a doctor, you are doing that for a living as well. Same for any other identity. YOU ARE MUCH MORE THAN THAT! Hey, lucky you are if you have found a mask that fits you good. But guess what! Don’t get your hopes up, your higher self will soon destroy that fake mask as well cause truth cannot be escaped; because you are not your mask, rather, again, much more than that. It will do that through suffering. You may start feeling off. I felt off and like the world is a lie since always. Because it is! Oh pretty little masks! Layers and layers of masks a.k.a. belief systems built all these years. These social media platforms made for fake external validation, putting on pictures of fake stories and sheets and sheets of lies- don’t! DON’T lie to yourself! And to others! With your pretty little cover stories. What’s the point anyways??

Guess what happens when you take off your mask? You will actually discover much more beauty than your plaster cast pretty mask. I am just stating the truth in this current day: SOCIAL MEDIA IS TOXIC FOOD, CAUSES OBSESSION, ADDICTION & MIND ENSLAVEMENT. Your food does not come just in physical form matter. Previosuly when I was really on it most of the time to the point of addiction; I literally felt nauseaous and got headaches if I spent too much time checking notifications and news feed. This guy says he opened up an instagram profile and trained instagram to think he is a 14 y old girl with depression, anorexia and self harm issues. In just 7 minutes he trained the platform to feed him nothing but images of depression, self- harm, music about killing yourself, jokes about killing yourselves. It can become a platform to help you learn how to be better at eating less, how to increase self loathing and anxiety that promote the eating disorder and the young kids assist and support each other! This young girl that he had created could be actually brainwashing herself to think that those body images are normal and she is brainwashing herself with the help of instagram to think if she can attain that state, she won’t feel lonely, won’t feel anxious and depressed anymore which is just ONE BIG FAT LIE!

Intellect can get in the way but intellect can also learn that cooperation is needed and that it can learn more by allowing the higher teacher to teach.

Cooperate with the hypochondriac and control freak because they know that by working together and partnering up to transcend it, it is better than holding onto those belief systems of pain and of that control. Just know, it can be known. Another state of operating like a button to switch away of the anxy and fear, it is as in Harry Potter, Harry having lessons of occlumancy-> to switch out of the fear mode which in a way is like someone possesing your mind. Accept yourself as you are here and now. Accept what is. Accept your inability to relax. After you being weak is you being strong. And your sweet little child inside you learnt at some point that it is weak, unaccepted, different, and sensitive. It perceived itself as someone who cannot take as much as others could- for a reason! Yea you cannot take on the BS of the world! It is not the human’s job to do the job of God. Human does not have the power and ability for that kind of creation because human, that is not your job! Magic powers? Yes, you have them. From inventing something as cars, creating music, logical thinking to clairvoyance and intuition and many “extrasensory” senses. THAT IS YOUR JOB TO DISCOVER AND PRACTICE! Yes you can create a GMO plant and shit but still you need the ingredients- the birth of such ingredient God is only capable of. IT itself is responsible for the creation of those ingredients, that is God’s magic power, the same way your magic power is to create these words and text. Because this is your job, your channel, your ability and you have discovered this. You do not have the same range of frequency to have that power. Because that is not your purpose right now. NOT RIGHT NOW. You are not as evolved. This decoder of a brain of yours is specially designed for this purpose of yours, the essence, ability of it are of finest creation, with special cells, ability to decode, those are your special talents. These are your decoders and it is like a special channel that exists within you, that you can discover ( like a muscle) and you can build it with effort + listening and following the energy and it will be easily accessible for you. These are needed for your purpose here on Earth. Maybe the Creator God has different kind of something like a brain- you are able to understand this beyond your mind and at some point in much different way= think like what would be like if you were a cat? Cats have different mechanisms and decoders inside. Or a bird. You would have a decoder in your brain to fly. So it is an internal sense. A muscle that only if you were a bird would you have been able to sense. The bird’s purpose here is else.

What is this game? What is this space

Other people’s job here is different. They have been given different decoders in their brains. Judge them not, but discern.

Imagine a different state of being. It is another internal landscape, unimaginable for you now probably.

The same creations put in different environments develop differently. It can thrive, get stuck or die. SELF- INDUCED SUFFERING or GETTING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE?

Push past resistence and discomfort and pain. You might say “oh I am listening to myself” when in fact you are listening to your programming. Listening to the body does not mean listening to the automated programmed patterns inside you. Think of sugar cravings: sometimes your sugar might be real low and you need it and sometimes it is out of habit. There is a time to push through your limit and comfort zone but not PAST to the point of torture and extreme!
Wanna change a pattern? It has got to be uncomfy and weird and unfamiliar.

Shape changing, pattern changing.
From comfy to a bit uncomfy, to comfy to uncomfy to comfy.
Discernment of the buttons within you.

Be strict and soft to yourself.
Sword + bondage band aid, that is how your muscle grow bigger.
And yes don’t be afraid to be vulnerable cause growth happens while you are vulnerable. That is when you need retreat. That is why you are placed in your MOTHER’s womb while you are growing as a fetus, retreated, in a safe, nourishing environment.
There is difference between avoiding something cause it is not your truth vs avoiding because there lies growth.
